Telescopic lift trucks
Telescopic lift trucks offer height and versatility. These units are outfitted with a pronged lift on an arm that extends over the top of the truck. The crane, or arm, is called a telescopic boom. The boom enables the person utilizing it to maintain a high degree of control while lifting the cargo to great heights. Regular lift trucks aren't able to move the load away from and towards the forklift cab, while a telescopic forklift could allow that movement. The telescopic forklift is usually utilized in both agriculture and construction. It is better for applications where greater control and lift is necessary.
A forklift carton clamp attachments are better in situations requiring high volume carton handling. The attachment has arm pads with four way reversible rubber linings that enable the operator to apply uniform clamping force when picking up a cargo. It is available with a backrest which protects the cargo from damage.
A sleep sheet forklift would normally utilize a slip sheet attachment for storing systems which don't use pallets. The attachment clamps onto the slip sheet and pulls it onto the forklift forks. This kind of system is handy for overseas shipments and intra-corporate deliveries.
A man basket is a lift platform meant specially to hoist staff. The basket attaches to the forklift forks, held in with a strap or chain which is to be directly secured to the forklift carriage. The platform has railings to protect the workers from falling to the ground. Brackets on the platform are utilized for fastening the worker's safety harness.
